Join facilitators Lisa Woolgar and Kevin Sutton in a conversation exploring our own internal resilience in the turbulent journey toward a better world.
Kevin Sutton is a writer, spoken word performance artist, workshop facilitator and community organizer. His work with at-risk youth has lead him to equity and diversity work helping organizations nurture supportive professional environments where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Lisa Woolgar is a grief counsellor, writer, musician, mom, cancer survivor, and someone who cares passionately about social and environmental justice issues. Through her own lived experience, learning, and training, she’s come to specialise in helping people reconnect with their innate emotional navigation tools, and access their bodies’ healing resources.
