10C - Community Room, 42 Carden Street, Guelph, ON
There has been a lot going on recently in Guelph-Wellington related to the Smart Cities Circular Food Economy. See foodfuture.ca if you’d like to learn more. This is a highly ambitious project focusing on these 3 goals:
- Increasing access to affordable, nutritious food
- Creating new circular food business and collaboration opportunities
- Increasing revenues by recognizing the value of “waste”
Join us at 10C to explore how food businesses can support a circular food economy and how the new commercial and community kitchen at 10C Shared Space can play a role.
