Spring brings a spirit of renewal and, down through time, many cultures have honoured the equinox through festivities. On March 24th, THE SPRING BEAT welcomes individuals who care about the earth and want to celebrate the cycles and seasons of change. Gary Diggins will host the gathering and facilitate an evening that offers live music, a drumming circle, and a quieter, reflective phrase. Dancing, drumming, and dreaming all happen in respectful, playful, and soulful environment.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. for an 8 p.m. start
What to Bring: loose clothing, a yoga mat, a drum, and a water container
